If we were having coffee (No.1)

I love reading this style of post so I thought it would be a nice way to catch up since its been a little while. (Oh and an excuse to look back at old photos, fun fact it looks like a coffee cup but inside holds some mulled wine)

So lets get a beverage and have a little catch up.

If we were having coffee… I would tell you that’s its rare for me to drink coffee though when I do my favorite way to enjoy it is with coconut milk and in the form of a cappuccino normally I tend to opt for a juice or a fancy soda…

If we were having coffee… I would say that its been a little while since I last posted on the blog, the past month was a blur of busyness. I felt I didn’t have much time to catch up and relax as much as I normally do and I missed that.

If we were having coffee… I would tell you that I had some very sad news in March. My Uncle passed away, I would tell you stories about him. I would tell you about how him and my Aunty raised four amazing humans together that I’m sure they are both very proud of  because as a cousin I certainly am.

If we were having coffee… I would tell you that last week I went through a week of feeling very anxious (which felt like a panic attack but lasted days), What I learnt was sometimes you just need to take a moment.

If we were having coffee… I would tell you that it’s my birthday month, which is starting to feel super close now.

If we were having coffee… I would ask you if you’re okay and ask what you have been up to.

  1. Oh, this post almost brought me to tears. I’m so sorry to hear about your Uncle, I’m sure he’s in a good and safe place now. However what almost brought me to tears, was the fact that you ended your post by saying that your exited and you even asked me (a part of your supportive readers) how I’m doing. Like this just shows how strong you are as a human. I very dearly hope that you have someone to go on that coffee date, cause if not I’m down, haha. I hope you’ll have a great April

  2. I really love this post. I’m so sorry about your uncle, but he would be so proud about how you speak about his family. It genuinely made my heart want to burst writing it.

Sometimes you need a break, life happens and sometimes, we can’t focus(nor should we) on blogging. Recently I’ve been dealing with my anxiety again so I completely understand where you are coming from. If you ever need any one to speak too feel free to give me a message. I’ll always be there to help.

    1. Thank you that’s really means a lot! . So true sometimes a break is the best thing for us , I can be pretty bad at times pushing myself more than I should which doesn’t help. Thank you so much I’m here too if you ever need someone to talk too . Hope your doing okay.
